Although we may not be contracted with your specific insurance plan, we will make every effort to reach an agreement with your carrier on a case-by-case basis. In most situations, we are able to secure payment to allow you to see a CEI care provider. If you do not see your insurance company listed below, please call us at (650) 462-3137 for assistance.
